At Mela Glow + Co, each item is handmade and artisanal, created with care in small batches. Because of the handcrafted process, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and part of what makes every piece unique.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of a defect.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. After review, we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit.
